JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2022 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings of the ongoing Stamp Case, before the Assistant Inspector General, Saran Division, Chapra, has been concluded and the final order has been passed under Section 47A of the Stamp Act, 1899, hence the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the same by filing appropriate appeal.

Liberty so sought is granted.
