2. This is the third attempt for bail after rejection of prayer of bail of petitioner through Cr. Misc. No.48983 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 and Cr. Misc. No.69666 of 2024 dated 17.01.2025 respectively.

3. During course of argument, it transpires that the statement of accused/petitioner under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has already recorded by learned trial court and matter is pending for examination of the defence witnesses.

4. In view of aforesaid, this Court is of the view that petitioner cannot claim delay in trial, as now it is the turn of petitioner to examine his witness.

5. Considering the aforesaid, the present petition appears devoid of any merit. Accordingly, same stands dismissed.
