Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P) P. S. case no. 493/2014 registered under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 327, 188, 353, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 131, 131A, 136 of the R.P. Act, 1957. Petitioners are named in the first information report on the accusation that they created disturbance in Pacs election and torned ballot papers. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that the petitioners made protest in casting false votes and opponents of petitioner no.1 also raised some grievances. Moreover, some co-accused persons have already been admitted to anticipatory bail by different benches of this court.

No.14494 of 2015 (2) dt.09-04-2015 Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P) P. S. case no. 493/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
