The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 273, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.

Recovery is of 200 kgs. of Jawa Mahua.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from a lonely place and on suspicion it has been alleged that the place of recovery belong to the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, preferably on same day, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 277 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39320 of 2013 (2) dt.24-12-2013 2/2 2013 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
