The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The wife of the petitioner filed Complaint Case No. 1431C/2013, on the basis of which, the present F.I.R. was lodged. The informant alleged that she was married to the petitioner 12 years ago and thereafter her husband began to demand dowry and torture.

It appears from perusal of the complaint petition that the complainant got three children out of the wedlock. It is submitted that on account of family dispute, this case has been lodged.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was married

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34206 of 2014 (2) dt.11-02-2015 2/2 with the complainant 12 years ago and the complainant got three children and after 12 years of marriage, the complainant is making allegations of demand of dowry and torture, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in Chhabilapur P.S. Case No. 62/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
