2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 06.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 66969 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Piri Bazar P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 25(1-b), 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 16, 18 and 20 of the U.A.P. Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, has argued that the petitioner is not the Yogendra Koda, who was accused in this case but considering the report submitted by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40774 of 2024(3) dt.04-10-2024 2/2 the police, he now submits that he has no such grievance.

5. This Court had called for a report from the police and from the report it also appears that both two Yogendra Kodas were named in the FIR and one of them is the petitioner.

6. This Court finds no new ground to review its earlier order dated 06.12.2023.
