2. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.15 of 2025 under Sections 498A, 354, 504 and 34 of the IPC read with Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Counsel for both the parties submit that the petitioner and O.P. No.2 are ready to live together, on this undertaking that the petitioner shall reside with his wife and keep his wife with full honour and dignity where he is living

4. In the present facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail provisionally for one year, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 4 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand) each as mentioned in Section 2(1)(d) of the BNSS, 2023 to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Buxar, in connection with Dumraon P.S. Case No.15 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down U/s 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.

5. It is hereby directed to the petitioner to keep his wife with due respect and both shall appear before the trial court periodically after every 2 months and the trial court upon observing their relationship for one year, shall confirm his bail bonds. In case, husband will not keep his wife, the trial court shall mediate and if it has been found that husband is at fault, then his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
