By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to be issued to the respondents to register an FIR against the accused persons in the light of a written report submitted on 6.8.2014 before the Officer-in-charge of Mahila Police Station, Nawada.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of the present application, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed as the police have already registered Mahila Nawada P.S. Case No.22 of 2015

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.309 of 2015 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 on 9th May, 2015.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application as the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. Leave is granted.

The application is disposed of.
