JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 03-02-2015 Mr.Arun Kumar Lal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that now the matter has been compromised between the parties and grievance raised on behalf of the petitioner has been redressed. It is further pointed out that, in above view of the matter, the petitioner has filed Interlocutory Application No. 5386 of 2014 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties.

Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the respondents to oppose the prayer and controvert the averments made in the aforesaid Interlocutory Application. In view of the averments made in the Interlocutory Application, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn

Patna High Court CWJC No.6773 of 2012 (3) dt.03-02-2015 2/2 since it has become infructuous. I.A.No. 5386 of 2014 is also, accordingly, disposed of.
