26-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is the husband who apprehends his arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 2729/2014/C-1753/2014, Tr. No. 796/2015 instituted under Sections 498A, 323, 342, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, by his estrange wife.

From the complaint itself, it is evident that the marriage took place about 7 years back and now various complaints have been made by the wife. It is obvious that there is marital discord which laid to the

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Pappu Singh, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2729/2014/C-1753/2014, Tr. No. 796/2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
