The petitioner seeks bail in Beldaur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2001 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 134A/2010, registered for the offence punishable under Section 364A of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the employee of the informant for ransom.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no specific allegation is levelled against this petitioner and no ransom was passed. Similarly situated co-accused Uday Ram has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.12.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40920 of 2012. Petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2020.

No.48543 of 2021(3) dt.13-01-2022 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 57 of 2001 corresponding to Sessions Case No. 134A of 2010.
