The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 420, 419, 464, 467, 469 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the amount payable on the death of the husband of the informant under the disaster management benefit was credited in the account of her father-inlaw and thereafter it is stated that Bilat Paswan got the father-inlaw of the informant to sign on various documents and withdrew the amount from the account of the informant's father-in-law. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. He is working in the CSP Branch, Minapur as cleaning staff and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48352 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 Director of the said Customer Service Point ('CSP' in short) is Awadhesh Kumar. Bilat Paswan against whom the main allegation has been levelled by the informant has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 23.7.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 21926 of 2020. The petitioner is in custody since 22.4.2021 and chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the grant of bail to coaccused Bilat Paswan, investigation in the case having concluded and the petitioner having remained in custody for over 9 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case no. 417 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
