Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sathi P.S. Case No. 244 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B), 23(B) of N.D.P.S. Act.

Considering that the petitioner is having similar antecedent under NDPS Act and considering the fact that 15 K.G. of Ganja has been recovered, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
