2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 105 of 2023 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 514 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 325, 427, 504, 302 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The allegation against the petitioners is that for a flimsy dispute the petitioner and his brothers are said to have assaulted the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the incident occurred all of a sudden due to the dispute between the agnates and the post-mortem report also shows that there is only one injury on the parietal reason.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 23.09.2022.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge,II, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with S.Tr. No. 105 of 2023 arising out of Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 514 of 2022.
