The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner took Rs. 5,25,000/- for executing a sale deed in favour of the informant. It is submitted that all the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner never took any money from the informant. The informant executed a deed of agreement on 16.11.2012 showing that he gave Rs. 5,25,000/- to Chandrama Singh wherein the petitioner is a witness. No deed of agreement is attached with the F.I.R.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
