Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 377/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The only allegation against the petitioner is that she has conspired in the killing of the deceased. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that she has only been made accused just to deny her right of property of the family. It has further been submitted that

I am prima facie of the view that the petitioner has been falsely enroped in the present case and is not likely to misuse the privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 377/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
