The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(i) (x) of the S.C./S.T.(Prevention of Atrocities) Act. It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant, when the sister-in-law came to rescue she was also assaulted. Petitioner no. 2 snatched gold mangalsutra and petitioner no. 3 snatched gold ear-ring. The informant is abusing by calling caste name. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10305 of 2015 (2) dt.12-03-2015 levelled, though the occurrence took place at the door of the informant, hence it may not be treated to be a place of public view.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (S.C./S.T.) P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
