2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.53 of 2025 registered under Section 137(2) and 96 of B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner, being a teacher, used to give tuition to the daughter of the informant. On 20.01.2025, when the daughter of informant went to market for purchasing books, she did not return home. Family members started searching her but they did not find the victim. Later on, on mobile, accused persons who are family members of the petitioner informed that the victim was with them in Delhi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38025 of 2025(3) dt.13-08-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case only to harass the petitioner. The victim was a major on the date of occurrence. The victim has denied for her medical examination. She has not made allegation against the petitioner and stated that she had voluntarily gone to Delhi with the petitioner. The charge sheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence or absconding of petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in jail since 01.02.2025. Petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S.
