The reason for non-approval of service of the petitioner is obvious from reading of Annexure-13. No person's appointment or approval of appointment as an Assistant Teacher can be made contrary to the requirements and provisions of the State of Bihar. In the case of the petitioner, he has been appointed many many years after the maximum age fixed for appointment in his category was crossed.

In view of the above, no interference is

Patna High Court CWJC No.3966 of 2015 dt.24-03-2015 2/2 warranted with the impugned order. Writ application is dismissed, accordingly.
