JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 06-05-2016 Heard Mr. Sushanta Kumar Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Deepak Sahay Jamuar, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.6 for the State and learned counsel for the State Election Commission. The petitioner complains of irregularity in the voter list of Gram Panchayat Raj, Pachhiyari Pipra under Block Jokihat in the district of Araria.

Mr. Das, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner refers to a complaint present at Annexure-1 to submit that although it was filed on 18.1.2016 but has not been acted upon.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8091 of 2016 (2) dt.06-05-2016 The complaint is vague for it carries no details of the voters who, according to the petitioner, are not eligible to be in the voter list of the Panchayat concerned. It is obvious that a vague complaint cannot be acted upon and even the writ petition is also equally vague on the contentions raised and is dismissed accordingly.
