Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.364 of 2021 dated 18.11.2021 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the so-called victim has been recovered and she has recorded her statement before the Judicial Magistrate and the same has been discussed in the order impugned and the victim stated before the Judicial Magistrate that she has married the petitioner at her own sweet will and she was not kidnapped by anyone and in this regard the second last paragraph of the order impugned may be perused. Further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44269 of 2023(2) dt.25-07-2023 2/2 submissions are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and has been languishing in jail since 20.03.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed and he is a young person.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions and mainly the completion of investigation against the petitioner as well as his young age, in the opinion of this Court a lenient approach can be taken in respect of the petitioner's prayer, let the petitioner be released on bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No.364 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
