Learned Senior counsel Sri P.K. Sinha appears for the railway. Sri Khurshid Alam, learned AAG-12 is also present.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the order has been complied with hence, he wishes not to press the present petition. The petition is disposed of as not pressed.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
