Learned State counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent nos. 1 to 3 and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 6 submit that, with the passage of time, the present matter appears to have become infructuous, since by the impugned order dated 07.07.1999 vide annexure-1 a petition filed on behalf of the petitioner under Section 48 E of the B.T.Act has been rejected at the very threshold.

Be that as it may, since none is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
