Case No.272 of 2014 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.
2. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the FIR as contained in annexure-1 to the application.
3. The allegations made in the FIR clearly attract ingredients of a cognizable offence.
