Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The defect as pointed out by the office is hereby ignored.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 34 of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner, being mother-in-law, has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the complainant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the complaint, it would manifest that complainant alleges that she was married to

No.43199 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/3 Chhotu on 24-6-2023 and after marriage, the accused persons including the petitioner started demanding a motorcycle and for non-fulfillment of the demand, the complainant was subjected to cruelty, further on 10-11-2023, the petitioner gave orders to kill, on which her family members tried to kill the complainant by electrocuting her, but she was saved by neighbours and thereafter she was ousted from her matrimonial home. 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is alleged that accused persons tried to electrocute her and she was saved by her neighbours, but the name of the neighbour is not recorded in the complaint. It is also submitted that whenever any dispute arises in between the husband and the wife, the entire family members are implicated with general and omnibus allegations.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43199 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 3/3 each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 598C of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.
