2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 379, 498A IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the D.P.Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2860 of 2008.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. There is no medical document on record to substantiate the accusations of physical torture.

4. Despite notice having been served on OP No. 2 through the learned counsel appearing on her behalf in the Court, below, none appears on her behalf when the matter is called today.

5. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.08.2014 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2860 of 2008 is hereby confirmed.
