The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case no. 105 of 2012 under sections 143, 144, 323, 324, 307, 308, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the observations made by the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned order dated 05.03.2013 while rejecting the application for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21363 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri G. N. Dubey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Imamganj P.S.
