Patna High Court CWJC No.11839 of 2009 (6) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 requests for disposal of the present writ petition so that, petitioners may raise the grievance regarding grant of benefit of 6th Pay Revision Commission Report with retrospective effect. The prayer is allowed.
The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to approach the authority concerned.
