Yesterday also, there was non-appearance on behalf of petitioner. Sri Indu Bhushan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 & 4/Nagar Parishad, Chapra, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 4, submits that he has verified and as per instruction, the petitioner was not an employee of the Nagar Parishad, Chapra.
