22-03-2017 Today again, on call, none appeared on behalf of petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. Yesterday also, there was non-appearance on behalf of petitioner. Sri Indu Bhushan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 & 4/Nagar Parishad, Chapra, in presence of learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 4, submits that he has verified and as per instruction, the petitioner was not an employee of the Nagar Parishad, Chapra.

Be that as it may, since none appeared on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to nonprosecution. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
