The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 148 of 2021 registered under Sections 304, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50468 of 2021(2) dt.12-04-2022 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S.
