It appears that Civil Revision No. 2150 of 2006 stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.11.2009. However, the office has reported that, later on, the petitioner was
Patna High Court MJC No.4320 of 2009 (2) dt.02-12-2015 directed to convert the civil revision application into a writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India within the time prescribed, failing which the application would finally stand rejected as not maintainable. That direction having not been complied, the aforesaid Civil Revision application stood rejected as not maintainable and, as such, the present application has become infructuous.
Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as infructuous.
