The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif P. S. Case No. 248 of 2020, dated 29.04.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioner has been named in the F.I.R. but there is no specific accusation against her.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that during the course of investigation, no concrete material could come against her.

The petitioner is an old lady and has no say in the family.

Apart from this, it has been submitted that there are no chances of the petitioner running away from the trial. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IX, Patna, in connection with Phulwari Sharif P. S. Case No. 248 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. The application stands allowed.

The petitioner, however, is cautioned that in case
