====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER
Patna High Court MJC No.2908 of 2001 (3) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 10-08-2017 Seeking restoration of First Appeal No. 174 of 1996 which was dismissed on 07.09.2001, this application has been filed for restoration on 08.11.2001.
The office has pointed out various defects in the matter and even though repeated time has been granted to the respondents, nothing has been done and the defects pointed out by the office have not been rectified. The office note indicates that after filing of this application, none is appearing even though the matter has been listed on various dates and when the case was taken up by the office on 03.07.2017 also, none had appeared. It seems that with the passage of time, nobody is interested in the matter.
The application is, therefore, dismissed.
