JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 26-10-2024 Heard Mr. Mohit Shriwastawa, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Kumar Abhishek, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant as well as Mr. Ram Sevak Choudhary, learned APP for the State.

2. In view of the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51409 of 2024, further proceedings in the learned Court below in connection with Complaint Case No. 128(c) of 2023 shall remain stayed.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest in the present case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application in present of learned counsel for the Complainant as well as learned APP for the State with the liberty to the petitioner that whenever the apprehension of arrest would arise, the petitioner may approach before this Court.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
