JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-07-2023 This is an application for modification of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34231 of 2023 by which the petitioner was granted regular bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has sought a modification of the order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34231 of 2023 that due to typing error in Para-1 and prayer portion of the bail petition, "Sheohar P.S. Case No. 95/2023 wrongly typed instead of Sheohar Excise P.S. Case No. 95/2023".

Let the same be corrected and be read as "Sheohar Excise P.S. Case No. 95/2023" in place of "Sheohar P.S. Case No. 95/2023".

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41426 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 The order dated 23.05.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise), Sheohar in connection with Sheohar Excise P.S. Case No. 95/2023.
