2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that on 25.02.2025 the petitioners looted Rs.30,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. The petitioners are in custody since 02.03.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the informant submits that he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36581 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 has settled the dispute with the petitioners.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the informant, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateI, Hilsa (Nalanda) /concerned Court below in connection with Nagarnausa P.S. Case No. 44 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (i). The petitioners will mark their attendance at the Parbalpur Police Station on the every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioners.
