After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to raise all the points at appropriate stage. This application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

As it is a very old matter, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of nine months from today.
