====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 09-08-2017 This application has been filed for modification of judgment and decree dated 07.09.1961 passed in Second Appeal No. 689 of 1961. It is stated that in the order in question the Khata Number has been recorded as 601 whereas the correct number is 901.

Even though the judgment and decree was passed in the year 1961, the application has been filed on 17.05.2001 i.e. after a period of more than 40 years and till date none appears for the applicant.

Patna High Court MJC No.1402 of 2001 (2) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the aforesaid, the application is dismissed, however, as now with the passage of time the matter would have been rendered infructuous.
