The petitioner, Hiramuni Kuwar, Malti Devi, Tetra Devi, Jivasi Kuwar, Lilawati Devi, Ram Rarati Devi, Vidya Laxmi Devi, Rajmuni Devi, Lalita Devi, Vinda Devi and Sona Devi, apprehend their arrest in Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.341 of 2013, registered under Section 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation that the petitioners filed affidavit
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.689 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 2/2 that they had not received any benefit under Indira Awas Yojna, but on verification, it was found that all the petitioners were granted the benefit under Indira Awas Yojna and they tried to get the benefit again.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are lady. They are illiterate. The Mukhiya persuaded the petitioners to file the affidavit without going through the contents of the affidavit, but no benefit was granted to the petitioners.
Having considered the nature of allegations and the fact that the petitioners are lady, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur (Bhabhua) in connection with Bhabua (Sonhan) P.S. Case No.341 of 2013, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
