The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017, which stood dismissed due to noncompliance of peremptory order dated 12.07.2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence he failed to comply the order and he requests that if M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017 is restored within two weeks he will comply the order dated 12.07.2017 passed in M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017.

Besides hearing, I have perused the petition and after going through the same, the court is satisfied with the reasons for earlier non -compliance. Accordingly, the present restoration petition is allowed and M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017 is restored

Patna High Court MJC No.2396 of 2017(3) dt.28-03-2018 2/2 to its original file with indication that the order dated 12.07.2017 passed in M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017 must be complied within a period of two weeks, failing which, M.J.C. No. 1616 of 2017 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a Bench.
