Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 09 of 2019 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019 registered under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Ac, 1988.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2019 for taking bribe of the alleged amount of Rs. 16,000/-.

No.35949 of 2019(4) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Spl. Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Spl Case No. 09 of 2019 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 10 of 2019.
