The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bachwara P.S. Case No. 61 of 2021 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 30 (a) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering that the petitioner is not found at the place of incident but the liquor in question belongs to the petitioner.

Taking into consideration that Section 30(a) of the Act is made out, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
