Patna High Court MJC No.1941 of 2024(4) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 with amended sub Rule (2) of Rule 12A in the year 2022 and 2023. Therefore, there is a compliance to the orders of this Court, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision of the respondents dated 10.04.2024 in that event he is at liberty to invoke remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority or in the alternative he is permitted to file fresh writ petition in challenging order dated 13.04.2024.
