The present application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 406 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was already rejected by this Court on 22nd May, 2013 on merits. For the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 22nd May, 2013, I find no ground to take a different view of the
