1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 625 of 2022 registered under section 302 of Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have killed his three years old girl. The petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2022.

5. It has been further submitted that the petitioner was mentally depressed and he could not have killed his child if he would have remained in his senses.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S.
