As per order dated 16.05.2018 the office has sought report from the Patna High Court Legal Services Authority which is at Flag-A. From the report it appears that this appeal has already been disposed of in the Lok Adalat presided over by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amresh Kumar Lal (since retired) and Mrs. Anita Sinha (Advocate) on 06.12.2014. Photo copy of forward register has also been attached with the report but the file was directly sent to the First Appeal Section by the Court Master and was not received in the office of the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee resulting the award was not prepared. As this appeal has already been disposed of in the Lok Adalat on 06.12.2014 itself and as such this appeal stands accordingly disposed of.
