The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 323/341/379/307/504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the allegation of assault is general and omnibus against all the accused and actually the present case is a counter blast to the Karja P.S. Caser No. 8 of 2014 which has been lodged by petitioner no. 2, Phrabhat Kumar Thakur in which Vikas Kumar Thakur, i.e., the informant of the present case is accused no. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Vijay Kumar Thakur and Phrabhat Kumar Thakur @ Pharbhat Kumar be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Karja P.S. Case No. 9 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Kalpna Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
