JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 31.12.2019 passed by the In-Charge Officer, District Arms Section, Vaishali, whereby and whereunder the arms license of the petitioner has been suspended by filing an appeal before the appellate authority.

Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall consider the same on merits and shall not be impeded by the issue of limitation.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
