Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that GPF has been paid to the petitioner after delay of 13 months. He further submits that petitioner was entitled to be granted ACP w.e.f August 2011 but he has been granted with effect from August 2013.

Taking into consideration the nature of dispute, the petitioner is directed to file representation before Respondent No.3 within a period of four weeks raising the aforesaid claim. If such a representation is filed, the same shall be disposed by the Respondent No.3, in accordance with law and by a reasoned

Patna High Court CWJC No.15053 of 2021(3) dt.25-02-2023 2/2 order within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.

With the above observation and direction, the petition stands disposed of.
