JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-02-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the concerned respondents for disposal of his representation with regard to his grievance regarding non-grant of pay scale of Rs.4,000/- to Rs.6,000/- within a specified time framed. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file representation regarding his grievance before the respondent no.4 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks by a reasoned and speaking order as well as considering the law laid down by a judgment dated 23.6.2017 passed in L.P.A.
